Cancellation Policy:
- A Valid Credit Card is required to confirm all bookings.
- Cancellations must be requested by email at reception@rockhillhouse.ie
- Reservations remain 100% refundable to the original method of payment if canceled at least 48 hours before your reservation time.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior will be entitled to a full reservation credit in the form of a Gift Voucher.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at one night's room fee and any other extra charges
